We accept payments through PayPal. If you do not have a personal PayPal account, you can use PayPal as the conduit to pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. At no time, will any of your financial or credit card information be transferred to Glenn & Glenn Distributors, LLC.
At the present time, all of our items are final sale. However, due to the nature of retail and internet purchasing, each return situation is different. Therefore, if you encounter a problem with an item you receive from us, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will try to address the problem in a manner in which both you, the buyer and us, the seller are comfortable and satisfied.
We strive to ship out items within one business day of receiving cleared payments. Our items, whether domestic or international, are shipped through the United States Postal Service by First Class, Priority, Express, International First Class, International Priority Mail or International Express Mail.
We now offer free shipping for domestic orders totaling $200.00 or more. For these orders, your shipping costs will be refunded through PayPal.
For our international shipments, we cannot guarantee or estimate how long it will take your item to arrive and clear customs. Additionally, we do not falsify customs forms, so please do not ask. We comply with ALL U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry & Security Export Administration Regulations. Therefore, you may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. Please check with your country prior to buying as international customers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes imposed by your country.
While many fakes and replicas on the market are manufacturered in the same factories as the real items through infractions of Intellectual Property, we do not engage in the illegal and highly punishable activity of selling these items. We stand behind the authenticity of all of our items. Our items are 100% authentic and are only purchased through authorized department stores and factory outlets. We maintain receipts for all of our items resold through our store.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY; UNCLAIMED PACKAGES; OR UNPAID INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES
If you refuse delivery, do not claim items or do not pay international customs fees/taxes for products ordered from us, the merchandise will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a store credit for the selling price towards the purchase of something else on our site. Paid shipping charges for these packages are non-refundable and not included in the store credit amount. Store credits expire 60 days from the date of initial purchase.
All returned packages/items are photographed in the event of payment disputes, including credit card chargebacks and PayPal disputes.
